Pacific Copper sells C.P.H. holding
NZPA Edmonton Pacific Copper Mines, Ltd, of Edmonton, has sold IM shares of its holdings in the Australian company, Consolidated . Press Holdings, Ltd for sCan 1,015,000. The sale assists in easing foreign ownership problems blocking a joint-venture; agreement between Consoli-j (dated Press and Pacific Cop(per, Ltd, a Pacific Copper Mines affiliate in Australia. The agreement involves development of the Barix coal deposits in New South Wales. Pacific Copper Mines still holds 27 per cent of Consolidated Press Shares. Pacific Copper Mines also has signed an agreement to obtain an option on 100 per cent of a tin-gold property in southern New South Wales.
