Shopping area may go ahead
An application by Christchurch Developments, Ltd, to the Waimairi County Council for a specified departure to |develop a shopping area in “Sandringham” has been declined. The company is one of a group of land-development companies which went into receivership last week. However the Waimairi County Council approved .in principle the proposed commercial centre, and
