Sir, — Mrs G. Thomson (November 29) complains bitterly about having a new transmission line added to her already very interesting lounge window view. I wonder if she has stopped to think that, (a) she would probably be the first to complain if the TV did not go when it was switched on because of lack of electricity, and (b) she must have seen the view from the same window before purchasing the house.—Yours, etc., J.
