‘Less N.Z. tobacco being used’

PA Nelson Tobacco manufacturers were overstocked with raw! tobacco because they were using less New Zealand leaf than they should be, according to the president of the Tobacco Growers’ Federation (Mr J. C. Hurley) yesterday. He was commenting on a statement by the chairman of the Tobacco Board (Mr E. S.
