Walker (vice-chair-man), J. H. Greenwood, C. Jenkins, I. W. N. Thomas, J. R. Thomson, A. J. Wakefield and R. J. B. West with D. J. Craze, C. H. Notely, J. P. Goldsmith, T. M. Herrick, Professor F. Devonport, and Messrs J. Duncan, R. A. Anderson and J. K. Torrance as ex officio members.
