Although the new ownei will be free to renovate the interior of the old cottage, under the conditions of the sale the outside appearance must be preserved. “The late Mr Adams kepi the cottage pretty tidy. Ws are looking for someone who would preserve its his-< toric appearance, but at the I same time use it as a ihome,” Mr Carswell said.
