Goldie sold
A C. F. Goldie painting, “Rahapa of Ohinemutu,” dated 1840, sold for $lO,OOO at a public auction in Hastings on Tuesday. The portrait had been in the private collection of Sir William McKay, of Remuera. It was sold to a Bay of Plenty bidder who declined to be named. — (PA).
