Mid-East agreement

NZPA-Reuter Cairo Egypt and Israel have agreed on a final draft for a peace treaty, the official Middle East News Agency has reported from Washington. An Egyptian delegation spokesman, Mohammed Hakki, told the agency yesterday that the agreement was reached after 10 days of talks and after the introduction of an amended draft by President Carter. Mr Hakki said President Carter intervened three times to overcome the difficulties.
