New chaplain for college
The board of govenors of Christ’s College has apponted Canon A. A. Purchas as chaplain to suceed the Rev. S. Acland. Canon Purchas, a former pupil of the college, is now Vicar of Motueka in the Diocese of Nelson. He has also been vicar of the Parishes of Fairlie and Linw'ood-Aranui. Canon Purchas will take up his new position at the k tv in cr n«»vt VP2f
