M.S.D.-Speirs gets offer
M.S.D.-Speirs, Ltd, has received formal notice of a take-over offer from Speirs Group, Ltd, for all the ordinary shares, specified preference shares, and convertible debentures issued by the company, other than those securities held by Speirs Group. The offer is of 120 c cash for the ordinary shares, and convertible debentures, and 105 c cash for the convertible specified preference shares. , The formal offer will be forwarded to shareholders and convertible debenture holders early in September.
