Four deny murder

PA Auckland Four young men charged with the murder of a Mangere milkman, Harvey Marsden Patton, June 26, have been committeed to the Supreme Court for trial. At the end of hearing of depositions in the Magistrate’s Court, at Otahuhu, before Mr D. D. Finnigan, S.M., the four pleaded not guilty to the charge.
