Aulsebrooks talks today
Talks will resume today between the management of Aulsebrooks, Ltd, and representatives of the Canterbury Trades Council over the fate of 250 workers at the Christchurch factory whom the company wants to lay off ! at the end of October. The Trades Council has recommended that th.: workers take some form of direct! action to save their jobs.: The workers will meet ini the afternoon to decide on[ this and any other recom-: mendations.
