Agents' fees
The president of the Real! Estate Institute, Mr T. F.l Molesworth said yesterday! that real estate agents’ fees! would be a flat $lOO and a charge of 2.75 per cent, not 2.8 per cent as reported! yesterday. He said that this; meant that on the average) $30,000 house the fee would rise from $775 to $925. —I ■(PA).
