Arrest on knife charge
A man who allegedly brandished a knife was arrested in Gloucester Street late last evening. He will appear in the Magistrate’s Court today charged with carrying an offensive weapon. After closing time at the Lion Tavern in Lincoln Road last evening a brawl broke out and one man was arrested on a charge of using obscene language.
