Five blood tests
Five breath tests on drivers, resulting in five blood tests, were reported by the Ministry of Transport late last night. A spokesman for the Ministry said that compared with 17 breath tests on Thursday evening, Christchurch drivers appeared to be “getting the message.” about the blitz.
One man was arrested and charged with refusing tp accompany a traffic officer for a blood test.
