DUTIES: The prime function will be Chief Executive Officer for the Contractors Federation itself. Within the'Federation are two sections — the Agricultural Contractors Section and the Chemical Applicators Section and there are three allied organisations. N.Z. Ready Mixed Concrete Association Aggregates Association of N.Z. ■ Power Crane Association of N.Z. The successful applicant will also be Chief Executive Officer to each of those groups and will be expected to initiate and undertake activities which will promote the best interests of the members of those various organisations. Other duties will include being responsible for, and the management of, the Secretariat providing secretarial, financial, industrial, research and training services. QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant will need to have some experience in the above mentioned subjects and be able to communicate with ail people within the industry including Members of Parliament, Departmental Officers and members of the associations.
