Right day but wrong week
A meeting of people interested in joining the Red Cross Society’s emergency services group will not be held tomorrow evening as reported in “The Press” yesterday. The meeting was, in fact, held last Thursday.
About 30 volunteers wish to join the emergency services group in Christchurch but anyone who is interested should get in touch with the group’s controller (Mr J. R. Mahoney) at 798-158.
