Army Museum progress
Progress on the Army Memorial Museum at Waiouru is up to date, and the building is expected to be open on October 15. The shell of the building is expected to be finished early this month, the chairman of the memorial museum trust, (Major General R.D.P. Hassett) has said. Nearly $250,000 has so far been raised for the buildings, and fund-raising is still going on.
