Nurse killed in crash
PA Wellington A Porirua Hospital nurse was fatally injured when the car she was driving was in collision with another car near Pukerua Bay early on Sunday. She was Margaret Robertson Hack, aged 59, of Paekakariki.
The driver of the other car, Ross Francis Adams, aged 25, of Titahi Bay, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Wellington Hospital, where he underwent surgery. His condition yesterday was reported as “fairly satisfactory.” Both cars were wrecked.
