W.D.U. and T.T.U. draw
Wellington Diamond United and Trans Tours United. played out a 1-1 draw in a Rothman's Nat-' ional League Soccer match at the Basin Reserve yesterday. Trans Tours led, 1-0 at half-time with a goal from Kevin Mulgrew and it, was not until the sixteenth minute of the second half that W.D.U. skipper, Mike Simeonoff, equalised with a penalty. Other Rothmans matches resulted.— Saturday North Shore United 1 (Kerry Hales), Courier Rangers (Dave Hutchinson) 1; Mount Wellington 3 (Vivian Hope, Brian Turner, John Leigh), Waterside 2 (Jimmy Richardson, Peter Burmaster). Sunday Blockhouse Bay 2, Stop Out 2; Eastern Suburbs 2, Hamilton 0.
