Marlborough, Nelson: Winds moderating and tending south-west; rain easing to showers with fair periods developing, especially inland; cool. Buller, Westland: Moderate south-easterlies; cloudy and cool; rain in the ranges spreading to the coast at times. : Outlook: Showers in all districts.
