The company has established a reputation for high quality “Waitohi” cheese on the New Zealand market. The total production of 1150 tonnes is marketed in packs cf 220 gm to 4.5 kg. The factory plant and buildings have been recently extended and have the most modern packaging facilities. The factory is situated at Tua Marina, six miles north of Blenheim, just off the main Picton/Blenheim highway.
