I PA Invercargill Southland's freezing industry will be back to full production today when all four works will be processing stock. The Alliance freezing works at Lomeville completed half a day’s killing yesterday, but the remaining stock in the yards were too dirty for slaughter. Chamberhands at the j Southland Frozen Meat Company’s works at Makarewa and Mataura began loading out yesterday to enable today’s kill to be cool-stored. A four-week load-out ban had effectively stopped work at all three works as their! freezing space became full. I to get in touch with the i Hornby branch.
