N.Z. woman remanded

NZPA London Anna Eileen Mason, the New Zealand woman charged under Northern Ireland’s Emergency Provisions Act, could remain in prison on remand until at least i September, her counsel said I yesterday. Mason, aged 21, of Auckland. appeared in a MagisI trate’s Court at Belfast again : yesterday, her sixth such i appearance, and was again i remanded for a week. Her counsel (Mr Patrick McGrory) told N.Z.P.A. later that Crown counsel told the 'Court that a case against Mason had not yet been prepared. She is charged with collecting information about security forces that could be of use to terrorists. She has not yet entered a plea but Mr McGrory said! she denied the charge.
