Auck. wins hockey

PA New Plymouth Auckland convincingly beat Canterbury, 3-1, for the Page Trophy in the final of the national colts hockey tournament at Stratford on Saturday. It was the second time Auckland had beaten Canterbury in three days and confirmed it as New Zealand’s strongest hockey province, both at colts and senior levels.
