NZPA-Reuter Athens The New Zealand broadcaster, Mr Lance Cross, has been elected to the elite ninemember executive board of the International Olympic Committee. It is the first time' an Australian or New Zealander has been elected to the) i board, Mr Cross, 55, chairman ofi the New’ Zealand Olympic and Commonwealth Games Board, was elected to the 1.0. C. in 1969 and has worked on the finance, eligibility, press and television commissions.
