Over she goes, Trev.
A tricky corner on the second special stage of the R.A.T.E.C. Palmer Ford forest rally on Saturday caught out many drivers. Noel Mudgway, of Christchurch, finished his rally there when his Datsun 120 Y overturned four times.
After crawling out through the smashed windscreen Mudgway picked up the rear window (bottom right) intact. Mudgway’s roll entitles him to membership of rallying’s fastestgrowing club, the Rally Rollover Club.
Rollover Club. Report, P 3.
