Selby date changed
The Selby Shoe Company. Ltd, has changed the date of its general meeting from May 18 to May 25, reports the Press Association. For the purpose of determining the bonus issue and final dividend, the register will now close for the day on May 31. The change in the meeting date is necessary to give the required 21 days notice of the proposed special resolution to alter the articles of association, a draft of which has been approved. Ex dividend and ex bonus are on May 26.
