RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager will be responsible for cheese manufacture and presentation of the Tararua brand to the New Zealand market. FACILITIES: A well equipped, fully mechanised cheese unit, with enclosed vats and cheddarmaster system. PRODUCTION: 900 tonnes of Cheddar and Colby in 20 Kg, 5 Kg and 2.5 Kg Wraps, REMUNERATION: An attractive salary package will be negotiated which will recognise the additional skills I required for the management of a local market i cheese company.
