Races for yachts
Three ocean yacht races will start from New Zea j land in the next few The fifth Whangarei-to-Noumea race will start on April 15.
The second Auckland-to-Rarotonga race, limited to 20 boats with a minimum rating limit of 27.5 ft, will start on April 29 and the second Tauranga-to-Vila race will start on May 13. The respective organisers are the Onerahi Yacht Club, Whangarei, the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, Auckland, in conjunction with the Rarotonga Sailing Club, and the Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club.
