Sir, — In spite of increased postal charges our postal delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. It was always so reliable, efficient, and an organisation to be p.aud of. Now we have lost faith in it, because of the tremendous loss of mail, and the lack of staff concern about the situation. Many of my letters have never reached their des ination and I have lost money and gifts sent to other centres. Now I have to register everything — a costly affair.
