Baron’s body in tip
NZPA Antwerp The body of Baron Charles Bracht, the Belgian millionaire kidnapped nn March 7, has been found in a rubbish tip at Oelegetn, a village 12 kilometres east of Antwerp.
A police officer said the body was found during the night. He said that a ransom demand had been made after the kidnapping, but declined to say how much the abductors wanted.
The news of Baron Bracht’s death came after an emotional television appeal by his son for the kidnappers to break a three-week silence.
