NZPA staff corespondent London The Auckland yachtsman, Graham Deegan. finished second over-all in the Finn class of the pre-Olyr.ipic regatta held at Hyeres on the French Riviera last week. Deegan finished with 43.4 points, well behind the regatta winner, Jochen Schumnian, of East Germany — th. 1976 Olympic goldmedallis: — with 27, and just ahead of Britain's Paul Rudling, who scored 40
