Withdrawal of charge
NZPA Brisbane A charge against a New Zealand couple of having exposed a child in a manner likely to cause her unnecessary suffering or injure her physical or mental health was withdrawn in the Magistrate’s Court at Cleveland. Brisbane, by the police. The charge was against Colin Lloyd Amery, aged 38. and Alison Davidson, aged 23, over the death of Nimue Davidson Amery last December. The Magistrate ordered the charge withdrawn, and discharged Amery and Davidson.
