Beau Charles sold
Special correspondent Invercargill The three-year-old Young Charles colt, Beau Charles, which has shown marked promise at trials but has yet to win a race, has been sold to a client of Roy Pnrdon’s Clevedon team. Purdon was in Southland during the week and Reau Charles was sent north on Mondav. A member of Bryce Buchanan’s Invercargill team. Beau Charles is out of the Honest Master mare, Honest Mistress and was bred by Mr Jim Holland, at M vndham. Honest Mistress was a halfsister to Adios Adieu. Ho Ho King and Refluent, their dam, Eden’s Pride, being by Dillon Hall from the Grattan Lo’-al mare Grattan Drive, a family which has been much in the limelight in recent seasons,
