NZPA-Reuter Salisbury The third session of crucial talks on a settlement between the Rhodesian Government and black nationalists have ended with agreement on introducing onei man, one vote for everyone, over 18, a key delegate has; said. The Rev. Ndabaningi! Sithoie, a nationalist dele-1 gate, was asked after the; meeting if agreement had; been reached on a universal franchise “on your terms” — a vote for every adult over 18. “Yes. we hase agreed on that." he told reporters. And the Rhodesian Prime Minister (Mr lan Smith) added that the talks were going all right. “So far so good. I can assure you progress is being made.” In New' York, a United; Nations committee has voted! overwhelmingly for an oil embargo against South Africa as a means of cutting off supplies to neighbouring! Rhodesia.
