The New Zealand women s golf representative. Liz Douglas (Invercargill), hitting an easy wedge shot to the elevated sixteenth green at the Nelson Golf Club recently. She was competing in the second round of the 1977 Peter Stuyvesant Rose Bowl tournament, contested by club teams of senior, intermediate, and junior champions from throughout the country. Mrs Douglas had two outstanding rounds, scoring 66 stableford points (off scratch) out of a par total of 72.
