Chemists' fees up
PA Wellington The fee that chemists are allowed to charge on prescriptions dispensed outside normal trading hours will rise from January 1. In urgent pharmacies, the new fee will be 10c for each item dispensed. In towns Without an urgent pharmacy, a chemist providing an afterhours service will be entitled, during those hours, to charge 25c for each prescription item dispensed The Minister of Health (Mr Gill) says that the Govemiment recognises pharmacists I are involved in additional I expenses.
