The appointee will be responsible for Radiation Protection within the Board and Chnstchurch Clinical School ot Medicine areas, as well as being involved in general physics and biomedical engineering development and applications to clinical medicine. The department’s activities currently include projects in interactive computerised radiotherapy treatment planning, and in computerised tomography. The qualifications required are Honours degree in Physics or equivalent. Salary will be on the Hospital Scientific Officers scale, according to qualifications and experience.
