Carter Holt take-over
Tire chairman of Carter Holt Holdings, Ltd, in association with the chairman of Odlins, Ltd, has announced that Carter Holt has dispatched take-over offers to the shareholders of Hawke’s Bay Forests, Ltd, a forestry company operating at Waikoau 40km north of Napier; the consideration offered is made up of ordinary shares in Carter Holt, ordinary shares in Odlins, plus cash.
