Kaikoura postal plans
Wellington reporter The Post Office is negotiating for a fresh site for a new post office and telephone exchange at Kaikoura, The Post Office says it has given a lot of thought to leasing the former Beaths building in Kaikoura for interim post office accommodation, but decided that fitting up the premises would be too expensive. Instead, it may now make alterations and a small addition to the present post office building, until a new building can be provided.
