Big robbery in Frankton
PA Hamilton Thieves escaped with cameras and watches worth more than $17,000 after the front window of a Frankton shop was smashed in at the week-end. Police believe the thieves kicked the window in some time on Saturday night, and cleared the display shelves. The shop, Dorset Studios, Ltd, is on Frankton’s main street.
The manager, Mr John Porter, said the thieves had left only six out of 31 watches on one of the shelves. One camera taken was worth more than $lOOO.
