Answer
No, you would not be able to feel the earth’s mountains and ocean floors. High as our mountains seem to us — and some are higher than 5 miles — and deep as our valleys and ocean beds are and some run deeper than 6 miles — the earth is so much larger in comparison to those heights and depths that if it were the size of a billiard ball it would feel even smoother than such a ball.
