National parks under study
Wellington reporter A general study on whether any new national parks are' needed, or whether any extra areas should be attached to existing national parks, is being made by the National Parks Authority. Local comments are being sought throughout New Zealand on suitable additions or new areas.
The investigation is not expected to be completed until mid-1978, at the earliest
