Creche study
Some Christchurch city j councillors think there is still room in the Seaview Mall, now being built for a creche and public toilets. A council team already set up to study city-centre i creches will also discuss the need for one in New Brighton. Neither toilets nor a daycare centre were allowed fori in design plans for the mall. I
