Chains needed
Greymouth reporter Chains were in use by motorists using the three pass outlets from the’ West Coast yesterday. The Ministry of Works and Development advised ’hat chains were essential on the Lewis Pass route, and "ere advisable on both the Aihur’s Pass and Haast Pass routes.
