No oil
PA ' Wellington The Government has no information that there has been a significant oil find by Hunt Petroleum, Ltd, off the Southland coast, the Acting Prime Minister (Mr Taiboys) said yesterday. “The information I have is that there is some indication of hydrocarbon,” he said.
“But the significance of this can only be assessed after a lot more work.”
