Y.M.C.A.’s holiday activities
I A few places are still i available in this week’s [Y.M.C.A. children’s holiday ) programmes. I Classes in gymnastics are being run between 9 la.m. and 1 p.m. each [day for children aged over seven. At 1.15 p.m. each day, a programme of mini-basketball for nine to 12-year-olds will be held, finishing at 4.30 p.m. Both these programmes will take place in the Y.M.C.A.’s premises in Hereford Street. Eight places are unfilled on next week’s trip to the association’s Nelson branch. This is for youngsters aged between 14 and 18, who will spend the week in and around Nelson.
