Book-throwing regretted

PA Auckland An artist yesterday apologised to Mr W. J. Mitchell, S.M., for throwing a book at him last time he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland. Basil John Patrick O’Sullivan, aged 38, had earlier been convicted of using obscene language on the telephone, giving a fictitious message that a bomb had been planted, and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty.
