Boundary change
The Local Government Commission has given final approval to a slight boundary change which takes land away from Kaiapoi Borough and adds it to Rangiora County.
Only 2760 sq m of land, adjoining Raven Street, is involved? It is separated from the rest of Kaiapoi by the northern motorway. Jurisdiction over the land ! has been a long-standing I issue. There was no objection to the boundary change.
